Care and Support

CAPACS has recently established care and support center to cater to the needs of the people living with HIV/AIDS. This project is being implemented with the support of an NGO-freedom Foundation-Kolathur. Community Care Center has 10 bed facilities, providing counseling, drugs for OIs, nutrition, recreational facilities and Yoga for the well being of the people living with HIV/AIDS. The center has linkages with other VCTC, PPTCT and ART centers for referral and follow-up and also has a good networking with the other NGO partners of CAPACS to get more number of PLWHAs.

CAPACS is also supporting 2 Chennai based positive networks to run drop-in-centre for the benefit of PLWHAs.
